© Gurukripa Divine SocietyAcharya Sudam Rathore is the main Acharya (teacher) and the founder of Gurukripa Divine Society. He started his spiritual life at the age of 12. He left home for the study and practice of spirituality. He has studied Sanskrit grammar, Vedic philosophies, Bhagavadgita, Srimad Bhagavatam, Ramayanam, Music, Yoga as well as the contemporary teachings of other regional saints from various well known teachers and schools.

Seeing his ability and mastery over yoga, his Yoga Guru Swami Vijñānananda Sarasvati (The direct disciple of Swami Yogeśvarananda Sarasvati – The founder father of Yoga Niketan Trust) awarded him with a Title of “HATHA YOGACHARYA”, the master of Hatha Yoga, with the certificate of his tradition. He was appointed as the main teacher in Yoga Niketan Ashram, Rishikesh, Himalaya.

Further, he completed the four years Sansakrit study from Sampurnananda University at the branch of Parmarth Niketan, Rishikesh and Yoga certificate course from Gurukul Kangari University, Haridwar.

Acharya ji has been teaching Yoga and giving Satsanga (Spiritual discourse) for the last 20 years. He carries the tradition but he understands the contemporary minds of modern students. His assimilated knowledge of Yoga, clear and steady insight in spirituality, his open mind, joyful, loving, caring, and serious nature open the hearts of the students and make them feel safe and happy.
